CJ-038 - The Legendary 57-Year-Old: The Complete Anthology of Chitose Matsubara

I was drawn in by the bold cover art and decided to stream it. Chitose Matsubara is decent enough, but the mosaic is too pixelated and it wasn't as exciting as the cover promised. It's just a digest of four episodes from past works; after a 5-minute interview, the first episode features a real-life married couple, and the last one is a 'mother-son' knockoff, which was arguably the best of the bunch. I just fast-forwarded through episodes 2 and 3 because they were boring. Occasionally, you can see the shadows of the camera crew or hear shutter clicks, making it obvious they're doing it in front of a bunch of staff. It's sloppy production, but ironically, it added a sense of realism.
