The visuals and positions are fine. There's a scene at the beginning where he's on the phone with the sister, as the title suggests, but it felt like a failed concept and wasn't great. The voice on the phone sounded too normal, lacking any sense of immersion. However, the act with the cute younger sister itself is well-executed. There's a 3P with both sisters at the end, which isn't bad if you happen to like either one of them.

Watched on PSVR. Image quality, scale, and sense of distance are all spot on. However, the binaural audio is a bit weak; it's a shame that the sound bleeds through the opposite ear during phone call scenes. There were also a few audio glitches throughout. That said, the content is so satisfying that it more than makes up for the flaws, and Kururugi Aoi's little-devil persona earns this a perfect 5-star rating.

It recreates a man's fantasy with quality beyond imagination. The struggle between reason and desire—being teased and seduced by the younger sister, Aoi, while on the phone with the girlfriend, Claire—is so realistic it's thrilling. The subsequent 'sister sandwich' lets you fully unleash your desires; you won't be able to escape this fantasy for a while.

The younger sister is so much cuter than the older one that it feels genuinely realistic why she'd end up getting NTR'd. Anyway, the younger sister is just too cute! It's not fair!
