CMC-066 - Enema-addicted Widow Misuzu Akiyama

The scene where a bound Akiyama Misuzu has a speculum inserted into her anus, exposing the hard, impacted stool in her rectum, is a gem of a fetishistic humiliation scene I've never seen anywhere else. The actor's fingers were covered in feces after the fingering, and the subsequent enema resulted in the massive defecation I was hoping for. I really hope for a remake of this kind of play that pushes a constipated actress like Akiyama Misuzu to her absolute limit. The anal sex was decent, but if I had to be greedy, I would've liked to see a creampie mixed with feces. However, as others have noted, the final scene where the enema fluid is sprayed onto the actor's face is clearly fake. It looks like they just used a water gun to spray cocoa, cafe au lait, or barley tea. It would've been better without that.

They clearly put a lot of effort into the enema scenes, but overall, it's mediocre. The actress isn't anything special either.

There is an enema scene, but it lacks the intensity of the enemas you see in standard SM films. Since they marketed it as an 'enema' title, I expected more specialized scenes or a more realistic volume of discharge. I won't spoil the final scene, but the 'fake' aspect was so obvious it was terrible.

The overall atmosphere is good! However, the crucial enema scenes are all lackluster. The anal sex in the second half is the best part—it's the highlight of the film. The biggest reason this falls flat is the final male actor... It's best to just watch it on Storm.
