Saki-san is known for his bondage work, so why does he make such half-hearted films when he's in the director's chair? I just don't get it. He could have at least put some effort into the bondage scenes.

As everyone else has noted, the only thing worth seeing is the poop. Aside from that, there's nothing left. There isn't even any SM-style torment. Excretion happens twice: once in the middle and once at the end. Both times there's plenty of solid matter, and there's also urination in the middle scene. However, the final scene is quite dark, so it's hard to see the excretion clearly. Also, I wonder if this was filmed over two days? Usually, AVs of this caliber are finished in one day, which makes me suspicious about the amount of solid matter in both scenes. I've seen the making-of for 'Cruel Female Prison' where they showed how they make fake poop to stuff into the anus... so I can't rule out the possibility.
