I'm dissatisfied that they show Hikari Asagiri's enema and intercourse first, then move on to whips and candles, which just kills the momentum, only to end with a solo enema scene for Ruka Mihoshi. Ruka is a newcomer, yet she's treated as an equal lead to Hikari Asagiri. Ruka might be hairless, but her body and face are average, and her technique is poor; it makes no sense to put her on the same level as a veteran like Hikari in terms of skill and experience. Story-wise, since the theme is breaking down an arrogant female doctor, it would have been much better to abuse the nurse first to make her completely submissive, then corner the doctor and humiliate her with an enema at the end. Also, it's a shame there's no anal fuck scene despite it being Hikari Asagiri.
