There's only one real sex scene; it's more about torture than SM training. I personally loved the electric shock and boiling water scenes—they're likely fake, but the actress's expressions and screams are so harrowing that they feel real. The runtime is decent, and the torture isn't repetitive, with good pacing that really captures the feeling of tormenting her. It's mostly painful scenes rather than sexual development (I skipped the dialogue and drama parts, so I don't know the plot), so it might be hit-or-miss, but there are surprisingly few solo works that feature such high-level actresses being mercilessly tortured. Personally, I think it's a masterpiece.

Being able to watch the 'M-side' development of such a cute girl with a nice figure like 'Kana-jo' is something only possible in AV. Not to mention the enema scenes, which go without saying. Personally, I would have valued it more if there was more moaning and climaxing, but if I can see this much from 'Kana-jo', it's a passing grade.
