Even so, Ryo performs the milk enema with trembling hands. Finally, the anal plug falls out and Karin defecates. Notably, both women wear navy knee-high socks throughout. The camera angles ensure the socks are always in view—a welcome sight for fetishists. While the enema is the focus, the acts are gentle. The importance of this work lies in the careful expression of tears and trembling. It looks plain at first glance, but it captures the woman's expressions with great care, and Karin's tears and sobbing are endearing. It reminds me of the bound, tearful girls drawn by Showa-era illustrator Yoji Muku. As a veteran enthusiast, I am grateful to have encountered such a work.

Both actresses are unattractive and flat-chested. What they're doing isn't anything special, and there's zero intensity. There wasn't a single highlight from start to finish; the bonus footage was the only thing that was remotely enjoyable.

They're dressed as high school girls, but the main feature lacked impact. The guy whispering instructions was actually the most memorable part. The bonus footage was much more entertaining.
