Female spy Serizawa Tsumugi suffers brutal torture.

She gets caught as a spy and tortured. I personally like creampie gangbangs, so I rated it highly. She's tied to a chair and gets creampied one after another. She says she hates it, but she's helpless and gets violated. If they really wanted to use the spy setting, having lines about threatening her with creampie or pregnancy would have added more tragedy, so I hope a series like that comes out. The torture is a bit extreme, so it's for those who are into that.
Tsumugi has a beautiful body, and as a spy series, they've put in a lot of effort, so it's generally quite good. On the other hand, the direction is excessive, and perhaps in response, Tsumugi is too noisy... it actually makes the whole thing feel chaotic and loses its impact. I guess there's a sweet spot for everything. Also... acts involving bloodshed or permanent physical damage, like pulling out teeth (even if fake), cross the line. AV, even in the SM genre, should provide a fantasy for the viewer; if it just causes discomfort, that's the realm of horror, not AV. One more thing... electric torture is fine as a fake, but if you connect electrodes directly to the sides of a metal gag or an inserted metal rod, it would short-circuit and break the power supply. I'm no technician, so I don't know the effect on the human body, but when it's full of technical flaws before the torture even starts, it just kills the mood.
The over-the-top direction is terrible. The tooth extraction scene, in particular, is just plain gross. I'm genuinely shocked that a work can be so unpleasant even when fast-forwarding. Is the actress okay with this? Her charm was completely wasted.
It's worthless. I think CineMagic has way too big a gap between their good and bad works. Not everyone in the world thinks 5,000 yen is pocket change. For example, convenience store clerks working in the middle of the night make around 1,000 yen an hour. Spending 5,000 yen on a product is the result of five hours of hard work in the middle of the night. The suppliers need to consider the consumers. Of course, this applies to any genre, but value is subjective. Please take this consumer's criticism and use it to improve your next work. I felt that watching a Z-grade V-cinema would have been better than watching this. That was harsh, but I'm saying this as a CineMagic fan.
Just when director Yuta Shinonome seemed to be regaining his touch after relying too much on sound effects and sloppy direction, now Yu Agawa has decided to get artsy with the direction... The over-the-top, obviously fake scenesโlike using a Cusco to dilate the uterus to extract an egg or pulling out a molar with pliersโjust kill the mood. There was a tooth-pulling scene in 'Abused Warrior 3 & 4' as well, but they showed the aftermath, making it look authentic (though if it were real, I'd prefer no mosaic). Even if it was fake, that series had high production value, so it was enjoyable. In this film, the actress is all alone, and even in the fake scenes, she just repeats "No! No!" over and over until it gets boring. Can't they come up with more ways to resist? In the electric torture scene, they short-circuit the electrodes, but the more electrodes they add, the phonier it looks. Instead of flailing around chaotically, a subtle arching of the backโlike in the aforementioned 'Abused Warrior'โwould have been much more immersive. Or, they could have gone for a full-on, erotic, intense arching like in 'Erotic Writhing of a Beautiful Woman.' Overall, this is a very low-quality production.
