Her already huge nipples were sucked with a device, and when it popped off, they were standing up so stiffly it was grotesque—the size is shocking! On top of that, she's subjected to pretty harsh treatment like a nose hook and an enema. In the enema scene, she even actually defecates! It was a shame that the amount was tiny and the shot was too short. Still, it's worth it just to see such a rare side of Shihori-san! I hope she takes on more hardcore play in the future.
