There are four scenarios: elementary schooler, high schooler, maid, and kidnapped high schooler. The elementary schooler setting is a bit of a stretch, but the high schooler and maid cosplays feel natural, especially the high schooler who looks like the real deal. The fourth one is a drama-style story where she gets kidnapped, develops feelings while being tormented, and they try to run away together before getting caught... but the interaction in the second half is too long. If it's a DID work, they should've breezed through that and added more bondage scenes instead.
Misaki Yumeno’s bondage scenes were good, but the story felt like an anthology, and it was unclear if there was any real connection or if the excitement of her 'first bondage' was supposed to be the focus. It just didn't work for me.
