The actress is Aya Sakuraba. I think it's fine as long as you just watch it for what it is.

She didn't really come across as a 'genuine professional.' I mean, she's showing her face; if she were actually working in the field, she would've been exposed by now (lol). That said, based on her responses regarding things like blood draws, she might have some experience in a medical setting, even if it was in a different role. There's a scene at the beginning where she sneaks into a hospital, but university hospitals and large medical centers are small worlds—the risk of running into colleagues or acquaintances is huge. Pushing ahead with filming despite that isn't impossible, but it feels a bit unnatural. The process of actually getting into the restroom is skipped, which makes the whole thing questionable. If there's one crack in the facade, you can guess the rest, right? On the bright side, the actress was quite responsive and her kissing was very attentive. Other than that, her face and figure are just average.

It's packed with highlights, like the way her breasts twitch on their own. I like the amateurish vibe. The pacing is a bit sluggish, though.

Probably best not to expect too much... It seems authentic, but something's just missing, you know?
