Pretty good. The image quality isn't sharp, but considering the intent of the work, maybe it's better that way. A janitor getting excited and attacking a beautiful woman is a situation that could actually happen in real life. Personally, I liked the 5th one (doctor), 3rd one (secretary), and 1st one (teacher) in that order.
The older woman at the end of the first part was a total stunner. Seeing her genuinely get off and start thrusting her hips on her own was just top-tier.
I believe the actress who played the female doctor at the end is Ryoko Yoshida (Mirai Urata), who has been gaining popularity recently with titles like 'Muscular Beauty Wrestler'.
