I saw a sample somewhere and bought it, and it's wonderful. Even with the premise of being half-forced, the character feels alive through her tone and gestures, and it's not one-dimensional. It makes you think, 'Yeah, people like this actually exist.' Of course, the idea of having sex or performing oral in a hospital is unrealistic, but this level of unreality actually makes it feel more grounded and exciting. Well, the lack of realism in the details is a common issue with AV, so I'll let it slide. Unrelated, but I wish they had listed the actress's name.

The plot is always the same pattern where the patient initiates everything. I wouldn't say it's bad, but it would've been nice to include some scenes where the nurse takes the lead. It's not terrible, but it's the definition of boring because every scene is identical.
