The fan-favorite mature nurse is back! We locked her in a room with a desperate virgin, and things escalated quickly. She gently guides his nervous first experience, leading to an explosive release deep inside her. But he doesn't stop thereโhe keeps going, proving he's got more stamina than anyone expected.

Works with this kind of distant, monitoring-style camera work are almost always fake penetration. In this film, the only real 'main event' is at the very end; everything else is just fake penetration, using distant angles and heavy mosaic to hide the actual act, save for a few shots explicitly meant to show thrusting. You can't even see the penis being pulled out during the creampie scenes. The script itself isn't bad. It follows a married woman sent for 'counseling' who gets hooked on creampie sex with a virgin after a series of 'accidental' condom breaks. Itโs quite immoral how she claims, 'I'm a nurse, I have access to the morning-after pill at work, so it's fine,' yet insists on using a condom every time, making you wonder if she's actually taking precautions. Personally, I wish they had leaned more into the depraved thrill of the 'will I get pregnant or not' aspect. If they had just done real penetration, it would have been a decent film, but it's impossible to rate it highly when it's mostly fake. They probably cast Kaho Shibuya because she's good at acting like she's feeling it even without real penetration. No matter how much effort is put in, this is the limit for a film where fake penetration is the main focus.
Taking temperature in a hospital room, showing off an erection, then straight to oral. Interview, bring her home, and finish with raw penetration on a fixed hidden camera. You can barely see the fluids leaking out. Next is a home visit, fixed camera plus some cameraman shots, ending in raw penetration. The third one is also a home visit; she wears a red knit top only until she goes to shower, then it's nurse outfits. It's so obviously Kaho Shibuya, they really don't need to force this weird documentary style.
