Featuring Kaho Shibuya, Wakaba Onoe, Shiori Tsukada, and Marina Yuzuki. Seeing these four in nurse outfits is top-tier, and obviously, it's a huge turn-on.
It doesn't really go beyond the premise of a sweet, busty nurse keeping her promise. It's not that it needs to be overly flashy, but it leaned so much into realism that it felt a bit duller than expected. If you're into the actress, big breasts, nurse uniforms, or hospital roleplay, it's worth a look.
The second actress, Wakaba Onoe, is a former nurse, and perhaps because of her advice, everyone acted like real nurses, even wrapping bandages. It's rare for modern AVs to have so many scenes where they are completely naked instead of keeping clothes on, so the sex scenes were great. However, maybe because of the 'secret sex in a shared hospital room' setting, the moaning was a bit restrained, which is understandable, but there was a scene where another nurse comes to check on them (the 4th one: Marina Yuzuki's scene), which made it hard to stay focused. It would have been better if it were set in a private room. Despite my complaints, I'm glad I bought it.
As expected, the body is great. I was very excited. It was fun.
If Shibuya and Onoe are both appearing as nurses, this is a must-buy. The second actress isn't bad either, but those two and their massive breasts are the real highlight.
