The work itself isn't bad. The title 'Awakening' is a bit of a question mark, but I think you can think of it as a cute nurse giving a rather suggestive treatment. If you want to match the title, maybe have the patient make a noise while being wiped down, causing the nurse to awkwardly flee, then later, feeling curious... and gradually start touching the patient. That kind of transition could work well.
I immediately bought this because I love this series so much! The second Mizuki was amazing! Seriously, a masterpiece. Please keep making this series!
