The director's incompetence really stood out here. ☆HOKUSAI☆ I thought it was a clyster/scat production, but they just stuffed her with figs at the start and moved to the next scene without any actual excretion. It’s just repetitive milk enemas and spraying white liquid; it feels like they had her empty her bowels beforehand.
