DASD-338 - Iron Crimson 11: Mai Ogino, Hardcore Discipline Full Course

If you like Mai Ogino and don't mind hardcore play, it's worth buying. Her appeal lies in her physique and intense scenes. It might feel lacking for Iron Crimson fans, but as a fan of Mai Ogino, I enjoyed it. The first half is especially good; with Imara as the focus, it feels genuinely hardcore.

It really made me realize that some actresses suit group sex scenes and others just don't. I don't think the actual scenario is bad, but it just isn't beautiful. She's trying hard with her acting, but it's just not aesthetically pleasing.

This series is a failure the moment they decided to cast Hibino, an old has-been, as the male lead. I just can't get excited over 'Hibiyan' anymore. Just like Hayami, who used to be in every SM video back in the day, if the male lead is pathetic, it kills the mood entirely. I really wish they'd stop casting these decrepit old men.

Mai Ogino has a body that's begging to be explored, and I thought she'd be perfect for this kind of work... yet, it lacks impact. It's a huge waste to have such an actress and not know how to showcase her. The first and second entries in this series had the most punch; compared to them, those started almost entirely nude, featured creative restraints and techniques, and had great camera work and lighting that really highlighted the actress's beautiful body. But lately, they're overthinking it. In this one, they use underwear to cover her up during front-facing shots where you should be seeing everything, and then they just tease by shifting the underwear—the camera work is poor and makes it hard to see her whole body. Even when she's finally nude later on, it's mostly shots from behind or while she's prone. Looking back, this series went downhill the moment they started adding underwear. Catering to the clothed-fetish crowd is fine, but when you miss the point of the production, the viewer just doesn't feel it.
