You can feel the ambition in the production, especially with the casting of the actress playing the mother. However, her performance as a mother is disappointing. On the other hand, Nao Jinguji, in her second year since debut, already shows immense talent. It's a must-watch. The character gap between the teacher who encouraged further education and the man encountered at the delivery health service feels too forced. Toru Ozawa's acting feels like he's not taking the role seriously; I wish he had portrayed the inner struggle of a human being. I wanted them to express the agony of a teacher (and a man) who, unable to have sex after his wife left, resorts to a delivery health service out of necessity, only to reunite with his former student. Since Nao Jinguji respected him and he was a good teacher, it would have been a much more compelling drama if they had discussed their current situations, understood each other, and eventually fallen in love. There was no need to drag the teacher down to such a destitute state. But I suppose with this setup, he wouldn't be able to say, 'Show me you masturbating.'
