The physique is definitely male. The voice is on the lower side when speaking, but the moans are pure girl. Rui-chan (Rui-kun) is so cute it's troublesome during the sex scenes, and the fact that the actress playing the sister is plain actually makes Rui stand out even more. The only downside is that while the video was shot in POV until the very end, the male actor spoke in the final scene.
