The neighbor is a pervert. Drugged sex leading to pleasure. Doesn't really match the title. The star rating is only because Hachino Tsubasa was in it; the content itself is a no-go.

It's a love story about a girl who moves to the city and tries her best to get along with her neighbors, and her delusional middle-aged neighbor who installs a hidden camera on her. Hachino Tsubasa's acting is great; the way she reacts to the jealous middle-aged man—eventually succumbing to his whims, drooling while she feels pleasure—was captured with some truly impressive facial expressions.

Tsubasa-chan has gotten even prettier than before. I enjoyed watching her slowly fall into depravity at the hands of her neighbor.
