I actually find the setup in this one more believable than the frequent 'sprained ankle' trope used in this series. A massage for a muscle strain is plausible, even more so for a sprain. However, the current setup risks rejection when it comes to more sensitive areas. Perhaps framing it as severe shoulder pain with accompanying headaches would allow for a massage starting with the upper body and gradually transitioning downwards. Just a thought…
