Each segment is only about 10 minutes long, but it's a well-edited piece that gives you a taste of the 'Baby-style' of pushing someone to their absolute limit until they break. The actresses are all well-known, so I'd recommend it. (Though I do wish they had listed the actress's name and original title at the start of each scene.)
