DC-001 - CORONA Archive Special 4: Confinement Rape 24 - Mari Fujisawa & Yoko Takagi

I used to like Yoko Takagi, but there weren't many rental titles available. Most of her work felt more like 'pink films' than standard AV, so I remember being hit-or-miss every time I rented one. But this particular work felt so authentic that I remember searching everywhere to see if I could buy it. Watching it now, I feel like, 'I thought it was more intense than this,' but even so, for this actress, it's definitely a passing grade that exceeds expectations. I remember she appeared in yakuza films and was a great actress, but it seems she didn't quite make a big splash in her career transition. I really wish they would release more of her past work.

Yoko Takagi is fantastic! Her reactions—both the way she resists and the way she climaxes—hold up even by today's Attacker's standards. The depiction of her initial resistance gradually turning into pleasure and begging is superb. It's truly impressive how far they went back in the late Showa era. Marino Fujisawa is also good, though the camerawork feels a bit sloppy. It seems they were trying for artistic framing, but it often results in pillars blocking the best shots. Still, given Marino Fujisawa's natural appeal, it's a Showa-era rape-themed film I'd recommend to any Attacker's fan.
