BODYCON DANCE MANIA Vol.9
The song selection and sound are great, and the costumes and dancing are excellent, but the camera angle changes and cuts are so frantic that it's impossible to watch calmly (especially in the second half). Furthermore, there are many inexplicable camera shots that only show the upper body or face even during intense hip-thrusting scenes. Specifically, despite the song 'pumpin' starting at the 13-minute mark—a track that really gets you moving—the camera only films from the side, ignoring the intense hip-shaking and front-facing action. It's the most nonsensical camera work in the history of dance videos; they don't understand what to film. This is fatal for an AV dance production. Is the director trying to emulate the active camera work of a music show? If you lack the intelligence to grasp the difference between a music show and an AV dance production, please leave the industry. The woman with the pig-like face in the pink outfit in the first half and the black outfit in the second half—that isn't dancing. She has zero rhythm. It just looks like she's slacking off with lazy moves. She's a production-wrecker on par with Ami Nishimura, who half-destroyed the BDM 3 and 4 series. It's contagious, making everyone else dance lazily, and the final group dance—the highlight—ended in a limp mess. It's a shame; this would have been several times better without her. It feels like the BDM series started going downhill around this point.
