DDT-339 - The Immoral X-ray Room, Sana's Secret Examination

It's true for regular movies, but even more so for AVs. Often, if there's no memorable scene, I can't even recall the plot after watching. That's why I take notes while watching. I've seen all of Sana's works on Alice, plus 'Playgirl' and rentals—over 20 in total—and this is the best one so far. Sagawa and Kato Taka add a nice, gritty flavor to it; if the MP price were lower, I'd want to own it. Even if you're not a Sana fan, I think you'll enjoy it.

For Tokuma, this is a rare drama-style AV. It starts with Sana coming in for psychiatric counseling, where the doctor attempts hypnosis but loses his reason to her pheromones and dives into fellatio and sex. Afterward, he violates her in the X-ray room. Is that X-ray machine real? Finally, he ties her to a delivery table and even uses a nose hook to humiliate her. From stimulating her with a dildo to licking her nostrils, it's full of humiliation play. A masterpiece containing various elements like fetish, ero, and shame.
