While the individual versions for each actress are hardcore, grotesque, and enjoyable, this 'best of' compilation just forces the climax scenes together, making it look like the actresses are being coerced. By skipping the buildup to the abnormal acts, it just feels like 'that part' only. It's also a shame that Fuuka Nanasaki's scat scene isn't included. I recommend watching the individual works instead. The editing is problematic, and each segment is way too long.
