You don't often find a work that lets you enjoy face destruction like this. Pupils dilated during a prone irama, face covered in vomit... forced oral expansion with a bundle of thin dildos. And then dehydration, oxygen deprivation, intense stimulation, and endless vomiting with an extra-long dildo. If you're into that kind of thing, this is a treasure. It's almost moving to see a beautiful woman reduced to this.

The actress is absolutely insane. But with irama titles, it's always the same few guys, so it gets stale. It lacks freshness. This actress is amazing, but it's still pretty standard. She needs to push boundaries to really satisfy. Also, personally, when doing irama, stop focusing on her face the whole time and show her legs flailing! That's where the beauty is. Pain isn't just in the face! They just don't get it! So, maybe the problem isn't the actress, but the work itself? I don't want just self-gratification. (The actress is working hard, so the stars are based on her effort, not the content or my satisfaction.)

Miiike Koharu is without a doubt the most outstanding actress I've seen this year. Especially in irama titles, her low voice, body movements, and 'eyes rolling back/fainting' expressions are all highlights.

Bought the 4K version to see every detail of Mike Koharu. She's a stunning actress with a beautiful smile, but seeing her in a hardcore scene, repeatedly vomiting... it's just incredible. She's got amazing stamina and really commits to it. This feels like a real gem with huge potential.
