The opening fingering scene is great and really captures Hatsumi's charm and sexiness. After she's captured, she's mostly restrained while being teased, which makes her cuteness and body look incredibly erotic. The restraints and outfits fit the theme perfectly. The last 30 minutes include a making-of and bonus footage titled 'Wish-Granting Mysterious Erotic Elevator Vol. 04: Saki Hatsumi Making-of.' I just wish they had featured more of Saki Hatsumi in that segment.
