A middle-aged couple struggling with their sex life visits Mr. Yokoyama for help. With the wife doubting her own appeal and the husband feeling guilty about his performance, Mr. Yokoyama provides hands-on advice to heal both their bodies and souls in this revealing documentary-style feature.

They put a mosaic over the dick and completely ruined the quality of the product, didn't they?
The endless counseling and overly detailed introduction of tools in the first half are clearly meant to give it a 'documentary feel,' but it didn't really work for me (lol). It's way too long for such a 'clumsy gimmick.' Once you get to the second half, where the couple follows the counselor's advice, it turns into a standard AV, so it's not a total loss. The actress playing the wife has a really erotic figure, and her moaning during the actual sex is great. I feel like I got my money's worth in the second half.
It's a fake documentary about sex counseling for middle-aged couples. Maybe about half of it is counseling scenes and product explanationsโperhaps because it's aimed at that demographic (truthfulness aside). The second half is the 'practical' part. The actress has a nice, amateur-like vibe that adds to the realism, and her curves give off a solid erotic aura. Once the actual sex starts, it turns into a proper(?) mature-themed AV, and it's worth watching.
