It's good, but I gave it 3 stars because the mini-drama at the start of the chapters is a bit long. I'm not a fan of spending time explaining the 'it's a workplace' setting, so I lowered the rating. I don't watch those parts. I suppose it's necessary for those who prioritize setting, though. They depict the protagonist 'me' too much, and I feel a disconnect between myself and the character, which makes it hard to immerse. The chapters with shorter intros were easier to watch.
