I bought this on impulse because of the packaging. I didn't have high expectations, but the 'manpe' (vaginal fart) scene with the first actress caught my interest. She has a body that looks like it was toned by running. Her quadriceps are well-defined, but she has very low body fat overall. It would have been perfect if she had rock-hard abs, but there's no sign of weight training. It seems like she toned her lower body through running and walking to boost her metabolism, combined with some form of fasting. I enjoyed it well enough, so I'll give it a 3-star rating.
