The non-realistic setting showed promise, but it didn't quite reach its full potential here. As the title suggests, it's about handling customer complaints for an AV release. The complaints themselves are a bit comical, so I feel they could have been even bolder. It's split into three scenes: the veteran employee, the trainee, and the hard-core complainer. Given the first two, I wonder if the third scene's resolution was meant to be insufficient? Personally, I enjoyed seeing Sana-chan getting bullied.
