The second scene is just a normal encounter with no vomit or urine; given the target audience, this was unnecessary. I would have preferred to see her drenched in urine. Also, for the final post-meal vomit scene, I wanted a clear shot of her face from the front, not just from below. From below, you mostly just see the vomit. The eroticism comes from seeing a beautiful woman spewing disgusting vomit from her mouth. If these two points were improved, it would have been in my top 3 of all time. For reference, the other two are Anna Kuramoto's 'I Love the Smell' and Aoi Yuki's 'Delivery Vomit'.
