Looking at the actual content, the 'K-cup' claim is a lie! It's just the usual Ruka-san. Is this even allowed? No wonder they don't show a sample.

I was thrilled to see a new release after such a long time. There were no sample videos or images, but the face on the cover was definitely Ba-Ruka-san. I had no way of knowing if her body had changed during her six-month hiatus, so I bought it. I'm relieved! She was the same Ba-Ruka-san with those signature slime-like breasts! More than that, the cover photo is so heavily edited that it's worrying; I really wish they would stop doing that. That's why I'm giving it this rating. I'm happy you're back! Thank you.
