After losing her prime-time show, veteran anchor Yuki is demoted to a bottom-tier field reporter. While staking out a scandalous affair, she finds herself trapped in a car and sneaking into private property, where her director takes advantage of the vulnerable situation.
I watched this because it's a popular entry in the series. Instead of the typical 'ditzy' announcer trope, she has a vibe of someone who's actually competent, which felt surprisingly realistic. After all, to survive as an announcer, you have to be capable of handling anything, and that was well-depicted here. The way she brushed off minor sexual harassment with a 'yeah, yeah...' or sometimes even played along felt very authentic. And that final writhing scene? So erotic. This woman is actually pretty good.
