DPH-072 - Visiting Nurse Kasumi, secret close-contact care at the patient's house

This is the first time I've felt 'healed' while watching an AV. That just goes to show how amazing Hoshino-san's dedicated performance is. Her calm voice, gentle tone, the maternal atmosphere, and the direction are all wonderful. Seeing her lose control at the end is guaranteed to get you excited. If you're a fan of the series, you definitely need to watch this at least once.

*The actress is very lovely. In my personal opinion, she has a very naughty body. I also liked the situation where she was cleaning while wearing a miniskirt nurse uniform.

I watched this without expecting much, but it got me rock hard. Hoshino Kasumi's body, voice, and reactions are all top-tier!!

As mentioned in previous reviews, she has a muscular build, so I wouldn't recommend this to those who prefer a 'chubby' or soft aesthetic. As usual, the main action is only in the last 10 minutes. Also, in the 'Day 3' segment, there's an editing error where an NG take and the subsequent retake were left in. Personally, I thought Kasumi Hoshino's smile looks a bit like Ai Otsuka. I've seen a few in this series, and it's always the same formula: clothed eroticism → teasing → handjob → oral → main event. I really wish they'd add more variety to the buildup, like accidental penetration during the teasing phase.

*She has a distinctive face, but her acting as a dedicated nurse is irresistible. There may be some criticism that there is no actual show, but I think it's a bit wrong to expect that from this series.
