DPKA-001 - Authentic SM Awakening Documentary: The woman who wants to be trampled, Akira Yanagi

*Rather than a spiritual connection, I feel like they play the roles of sadists and masochists. I realized once again that such low-play elements are necessary for SM play. There are not many excessive reactions on the M side or unnecessary verbal abuse on the S side, and you can feel the atmosphere in which both parties feel sadistic and masochistic in their brains. Personally, I've watched the crucifixion play many times.

This is the first one in the series, but it feels a bit lackluster. (Compared to Aikawa-san or Yu Kawakami, at least). Just my personal opinion.

She is definitely a true masochist. Even while enduring all sorts of SM play and making pained expressions, she looks somewhat satisfied. It might be light in terms of SM, but in the final interview, the director(?) says something like 'looking forward to working with you in the future,' so she might become a star in the SM scene. There's no real 'production' value, so it might feel too plain for modern AV viewers, but she's clearly feeling it and enjoying herself. Definitely one for the enthusiasts.

Akira Yanagi... she has a body that looks great with rope, but there aren't that many bondage scenes. Given the title is BDSM, maybe that's unavoidable, but SM really suits her. In that sense, I think it's a good work. On the other hand, the problem is that the screen is way too dark overall (which makes it lack clarity). There's no point if you can't see the skin tone of an actress who looks good in rope. Especially the candle torture scene—it's not the Edo period, so filming it in a way where the candle flame is brighter than the subject is just wrong. Because of this, people watching on DVD can't see the actress well. I wish they wouldn't forget that cinematography is a major factor in making a video 'enjoyable'.
