It's been a long time since this was a staple series, but it still holds up well today. Yuma Asami is just great.

Even though a remastered version is out, there's a unique charm to the original. The nostalgic direction, the actresses I loved back then, and the vintage picture quality—this balance is what defines the Heisei-era AV experience.

Since they film from the moment they arrive on set, you get to see the real Yuma-chin. Watching her stay energetic throughout the entire shoot still gives me a boost today. Yuma-chin really is a treasure of the Japanese AV industry.

The initial encounter is great! I thought she'd just take it, but then she started fighting back... and yet, seeing her understand the concept and actually enjoy the shoot is really nice. You could say this is the work that sparked the whole series. I wish other makers would do something like this too.
