Story-wise, I don't really see the point of including the black guy; it feels like a waste. So, the sudden break-in rape or forced lesbian sex at the beginning just feels like she's resisting the whole time... (though her moaning and climaxing at key moments wasn't bad). If you're going to use drugs, you should introduce them earlier so she gradually falls under their influence, leading to a 'I can't live without a big cock anymore' kind of flow. That would have been much more exciting.
I feel bad for Miku Hayama, but as someone who came for Mayu Yuki, I found it distracting and a bit disappointing. Miku is cute and seeing her get hammered by black men is a turn-on, but Mayu Yuki's physique, her slender frame, and her sorrowful expressions make her the perfect 'toy' for black men—I really wanted to see her solo. I wanted to watch her expressions and the intensity of the action the whole time, so it's a real shame. The contrast in size and skin color between her and the black men is so jarring. It’s that feeling of a beautiful, fragile thing being completely crushed by a dark, powerful physique. I love how she endures the pain, her eyes glazing over, her body contorting as she's forced wide open with almost no resistance.
