It seems to be a parody of a certain TV show, but the staged home visits are completely unnecessary. It would have been much better if they had just titled it something like 'A Quickie in the Countryside' and focused solely on the outdoor scenes and the indoor action in the rural house. They should cut out all the filler footage and do something about the rather sloppy mosaic work.
