If the title, packaging, or sample photos caught your eye, this is a solid work that delivers exactly what you'd expect.

I'm a diaper enthusiast, and I liked that there was one person who had that kind of scene. She gets an enema, has to wait in the waiting room wearing a paper diaper, can't hold it, runs to the bathroom but ends up wetting the diaper, and the embarrassed expression on her face when the diaper is taken off on the exam table was realistic and good. However, the remote-controlled vibrator used to induce bowel movements was unnecessary and killed the mood.

It's a fairly serious medical-themed production, but it's a bit too earnest. It could have used some more playful elements. There are two anal play scenes, but they feel a bit underwhelming and don't leave much of an impression.

The concept is good. The scene where the perverted doctor and the nurse conspire to film secretly was great. I wish they’d add more variety to the anal play by using a dildo or something similar instead of just fingers. Also, during the anal sex, I wanted to see more shots of the nurse holding the camera and filming the act. There aren't many works with this kind of setup that include a nurse alongside the doctor and patient, so I really hope to see more releases like this.
