The other guy chiming in from the side is annoying. The vibrator prop is also distracting. It's painfully obvious that it's staged, and the scenario itself just doesn't work. It's an amateur-level production.
It's not bad, but it feels like it's missing a little something extra. For example, it would have been better if there was a flow where they suddenly did it again in a car parked nearby after finishing. I look forward to seeing how they improve in the future.
Doing it right next to a husband who's taking a bath is definitely a bit of a stretch. That said, all the actresses are bright, cute, and skilled at erotic acting, so the excitement and thrill definitely come through. Plus, the director strictly enforced the 'no loud noises' rule, so it didn't feel all that fake. At the end of the day, for this kind of concept, it's best not to nitpick and just enjoy the thrill along with them. However, the intro is a bit long-winded and tedious. I guess that's unavoidable. Personally, the second and fourth wives were totally my type.
