I feel this way every time I watch this series: the poor camera angles ruin what could have been a great production. The camera is just way too close. Especially during kissing scenes, it only shows close-ups of the mouth and face. There are so few shots that capture the body in a sensual way. It was too zoomed in this time as well. If they had just put a little more thought into the framing, it would easily be a 5-star rating... it's a real shame.

After watching this work, I became convinced of how much the script affects the outcome of the work, especially when it comes to lesbian drama dramas. I think it would have been even better if the screenplay and camera work had been a little more coordinated, and if the dialogue had been able to capture the foreshadowing of the camera's gaze. Unfortunately, the sex scene, which is the most important part of an AV, was mediocre, or rather trite, in terms of both the acting and the dialogue. I felt like the lines in the sex scenes were typical of this kind of lesbian drama. The lines exchanged outside of the sex scenes are excellent, so I wish they had done more to convey the mother's feelings of conflict but inability to resist her desires.

I was worried about Mori Nanako's acting and her aptitude for lesbian scenes, but those concerns were completely unfounded. Her performance, devouring and licking Kokomi Naruse, is flawless, and she fully immerses herself in the world of the work, giving a passionate performance as a friend's mother. Perhaps she's better suited to playing the S against a woman than the M against a man. There shouldn't be much of an age gap between the two actresses, but thanks to their acting and the subtle difference in skin texture, there's surprisingly no sense of awkwardness. As a drama, by emphasizing the daughter's presence, they successfully created an atmosphere of a forbidden relationship hidden from her. The play is on the softer side and nothing groundbreaking, but you won't be disappointed by some half-hearted, fake lesbian performance.
