The premise is that a fertility counselor suggests the wife have sex with the practitioner in front of her husband so he can learn the 'technique.' The wife's confused acting is great, the sense of illicit tension during the act is palpable, and the direction is solid. The best part is the creampie in front of the husband at the end—they do it twice, which is a nice touch. The camera work was also excellent, capturing her expressions perfectly after the act.
