I've listened to every entry in this series, including the four 'innocent futanari' ones. Honestly, I was looking forward to this one because it wasn't the usual teacher-student trope, but it was a letdown. First of all, they completely failed to utilize the amazing premise of 'futanari infection.' Also, it lacked the series' signature lewd dialogue during the act or the lines that represent the 'masculine' urge to dominate. It was just plain sex. It didn't stand out from any other futanari work; it felt mechanical and wasn't exciting at all. For the next one, I hope they go back to basics and, if they're sticking with the infection theme, actually make use of that setting.

The cast looks plain (double chins), so it doesn't really spark any imagination. You couldn't tell from the packaging, so it's a huge letdown. If it were just a girl with pigtails and slightly thick legs, maybe... but there's no depiction of it suddenly appearing, so she doesn't look like she's enduring some 'unknown pain' at all. What's the point of close-ups of her stroking a massive member pulled unnaturally from under her skirt? Does any guy actually get off on that? And the scene where they rub them together felt so gross, like it was made for gay men (lol). Also, wouldn't a guy be too exhausted to move after ejaculating that much?
