Even though the title highlights internal ejaculation, the flow goes: surprise visit from the actor → external ejaculation, cum shots, panty fellatio, and paizuri, followed by two internal ejaculations during a 3P (doggy style and missionary), then two rounds of forced ejaculation. Her expressions and gestures while struggling with the fixed vibrator during the panty fellatio and groping the cameraman's crotch were great. I just wish they'd filmed her hands more.
