I finally watched this 8-year-old title. Yumi Kazama looks much younger here and has a great figure. Since I don't know the source material, I just enjoyed it as a standalone AV. The plumpness and sheen of her lower body through the black pantyhose were very erotic. I also liked how it started with full nudity right from the beginning. And the final scene with the bridal veil, white fishnets, and the red choker was peak eroticism.
I'm not familiar with the original work at all. I bought the DVD because I'm a fan of Yumi Kazama. It starts with an orgy right from the beginning, and that scene alone was enough to get me excited. After that, it flashes back to show how she fell into becoming a sex slave; the initial impact was so strong that the middle part felt a bit boring. It ends with a scene where she's wearing a bridal veil and lingerie, engaging in an orgy. I think the opening scene is the highlight. You can definitely enjoy it even without knowing the source material.
It's a hard one to rate, but let's just say it's nothing special. It's not a 'no, stop' type of scenario, nor is it a nympho-themed one. It's just a mediocre, boring production.
*Yumi had an affair with her husband, and was raped and semened by 6 men as much as he wanted, but he didn't show any signs of dislike and seemed happy. At the end, the wedding was a huge orgy in which she was forced to wear a wedding dress naked by the person she was having an affair with, and she was unable to untie herself with six other men. I couldn't really call her a slave/wife.
I love the original work and I'm a huge fan of Yumi Kazama, but... this production is a failure. Even though many of the lines are taken directly from the original, they sound so fake that I couldn't get excited. Misato's age and Yumi Kazama's age? Or maybe her look? It just doesn't match at all. (In other words, the role doesn't suit her.) I don't know if it's because I know the source material, but fans of the original should skip this. If you're a Yumi Kazama fan who doesn't know the original, maybe it's fine. If you're thinking of buying this blindly, I recommend reading the original instead—it's much more arousing.
