Setting aside the sluggish pacing typical of 2-hour videos, the first half hits some pretty great notes. I was skeptical when I heard about 'doing it in a kendo uniform,' but seeing her actually wear the gi and bogu while practicing swings is irresistible if you're into that fetish.
