The film employs various techniques: a third-person perspective of a high school girl with a male actor, POV-style 'hame-dori' (though the camera is left stationary, the framing changes constantly), and hidden camera shots (which look like long-distance shots but cut frequently). I've summarized it, but the impression is just... 'meh.' While it aims for a documentary-style presentation, the audience knows full well that Yoshino Ichikawa is just acting. Since it starts with typical AV filming techniques and lacks any sense of realism—like the school uniforms changing every scene—it would have been much better to just make it a straightforward 'Yoshino Ichikawa solo feature' instead of using these gimmicky tricks. The quality of the POV and hidden camera segments is abysmal. A documentary style would be fine if it were shot well, but ruining the viewing experience for the sake of 'artistic' direction is completely counterproductive.
